§ 38-1. Election precincts; boundaries.

The city shall consist of one ward, and the ward shall contain two election precincts, the geographical boundaries of which are as follows:
(1)

Precinct No. 1. All areas of the city north of the centerline of Division Street (32 Mile Road).

(2)

Precinct No. 2. All areas of the city south of the centerline of Division Street (32 Mile Road).
