§ 10.10. System of accounting.

The accounting system or methods of the City shall be governed by law. If no such law exists and to the extend that such law does not apply to any accounting requirements of the City, the Council shall provide therefore by resolution. Any such system or details of accounting so provided shall conform to generally accepted principles and practices of municipal accounting.
